- Light refreshments available throughout the day (various food trucks)

- Many merchants will be present. 

- Our bar will be open continuously...

- You will be able to have a souvenir T-shirt printed on site.

The prices for the various meals and activities are indicated in the form.

Meeting Programme

Thursday: arrival of participants, registration, distribution of welcome bags with a suggestion to visit freely on that day

Evening meals on our site

Friday: Combined tour of the Francorchamps Circuit (<-Click->) and Stavelot Abbey Museums

- Extensive tour to explore the region, with road book  

- Francorchamps: Discover the trials for the Internat. GT Open races (<-Click)

- During the day, light refreshments are available at the Francorchamps circuit.

- Stavelot Abbey: Francorchamps Circuit Museum and 2 other museums

Evening meal on site (gala evening)

Saturday: Visit to the Blégny Mine (<--Click) and its museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

- Short tour with roadbook

- Snacks available at the Blégny Mine (1 sandwich + 1 drink)

Evening meals on our site

Sunday morning: Visit to HERVISCOPE(<-- Clic)

Duration of visit: approximately 1 hour, starting at 10 a.m.

Sunday afternoon: End of the meeting. We wish you all a safe journey home, with lots of wonderful memories of your stay in Herve.
